Controls
Create a polished single-file HTML5 shooter called Nebula Strike. Hard constraints: - Embedded HTML/CSS/JS only; no external assets, analytics, APIs, or network calls. - Desktop keyboard and mobile touch controls must both be usable. - Prefer canvas or lightweight DOM rendering unless another approach is clearly more reliable. Creative direction: - Deep nebula backdrop, emissive lasers, readable enemy silhouettes, crisp hit feedback, and a futuristic HUD. - A top-down, angled, or light 2.5D perspective is fine if it creates stronger gameplay than forcing a heavy 3D stack. Core gameplay: - The player pilots a ship, dodges asteroids/enemies, shoots waves, and survives escalating pressure. - Include burst fire, a short shield or dash ability, score streaks, lives/HP, wave indicator, power-ups, start/game-over overlays, and restart. - Controls: Arrow keys/WASD to move, Space or button to shoot, Shift or button for shield/dash. Quality gates: - Enemy attacks must be telegraphed before they hit. - Player movement should feel responsive. - The first minute should contain at least two enemy patterns and one power-up moment.
